Products & pricing
We try to display products, dimensions and colours accurately, but natural materials vary. Prices may change and are confirmed at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel orders, for example where items are unavailable or payment cannot be verified.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by a third-party provider. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address.

Installation & use
You are responsible for installing products safely, following provided guidance, checking local regulations and HOA rules, and locating underground utilities (call 811) before digging.
