Returns
You may request a return within [30] days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Cut, installed, or modified products cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email support@strategicartmanagement.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. Once shipped, the order is handled as a return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Product condition & warranty
Products are sold new. Any manufacturer warranty, where available, is stated on the product page. Natural weathering, fading, or patina of outdoor materials is not considered a defect. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
